FORT COLLINS, October 17 2015. Three Colorado organizations were awarded as leaders in Business Innovation by Quid Novi and Small Fish Business Coaching. The awards were presented at the sixth annual Quid Novi Conference.

The award for Innovation in Socially Responsible Business was presented to OtterCares Foundation, for creating an extraordinary model involving all OtterBox employees to contribute their time and resources to benefit needs in the community. The company encourages 24 hours of Volunteer Time Off for each employee every year, and the OtterCares Ambassador Program ensures maximum engagement of each individual.

The award for Innovation in Business Character was presented to Keller-Williams Realty, Northern Colorado, for creating a shared stakeholder model with its agents and partners. This company has been recognized in the industry for its technological innovation and leadership in training. It has created an Agent Leadership Council advisory function to ensure agents are successful, profitable, and can sustain balanced lives.

The award for Innovation in Contribution to Community was presented to Janska, for creating a Colorado-based apparel business supplying “adaptive wear” to elderly and disabled customers through 900 stores in North America. Its products are designed in collaboration with organizations and advisors representing this diverse population with unique needs. Customers experience not only comfort, but increased confidence as they retain normalcy and dignity with attractive clothing.

All three of these organizations are being honored for their creativity, values and sustained success. They were selected from a field of ten finalists by a team of local entrepreneurs and business leaders.
